Custom Glulam Arches and Beams

Great Buddha Hall - Unadilla manufactured the massive custom glulam arches and glulam beams for this project as well as fabricating the special solid sawn poles supporting the lower roof of the temple.

Massive lower custom glulam arches supporting upper custom glulam arches that soar to a height of 80' housing the largest indoor statue of Buddha in the Western Hemisphere.

Unadilla Laminated Products also manufactured the complex steel for this project as well as supplying the roof decking and coordinating the erection.

The dedication ceremony was attended by over 5,000 people from all over the world including the Dalai Lama himself.

Unadilla Laminated Products is fully licensed by the American Institute of Timber Construction and rigidly adheres to quality control standards established by them and ANSI A 190.1.
