• We insist on using #2 or better materials. We use the finest Southern Pine and Douglas Fir-Larch timber. Our products are suited for wet use conditions associated with pools, bridges, hockey arenas, etc.

• We are qualified by AITC to glue treated lumber which is used extensively for pool enclosures or other exterior applications. We use treated lumber for wet-use conditions and take the added precaution of end sealing all members to minimize moisture intake and checking.

• We also have a dynamic proof loader to test individual plies.

• We have our own steel shop to ensure the quality and consistency of steel connections.

• Our own fleet of trucks and special trailers ensure delivery of your project in a timely clean manner.

• We supply galvanized hardware to minimize jobsite discoloration from metal run off.

• But of all extra controls undertaken at Unadilla, the most dramatic and critical is the preassembly of more complicated laminated systems. This is done before shipment to be certain subtle fitting details have been attended to in fabrication. We shop-cut ends for connections and predrill bolt holes to insure proper fit.

• We produce to AITC standard 110 for Premium, Architectural and Industrial appearance grade.

• We supply heavy timber decking to go with your job and will provide erection services thereby coordinating a whole package when your job arrives on Unadilla's truck.
